I’ll get straight to the point– I have a cookbook addiction. I can’t stop buying them, looking at them, placing them nicely on the shelf and then I never actually get around to using them or learning from them. I want to change this. I want to be a better cook and get out of my cooking routine!
My goal is to cook at least three new-to-me recipes from my cookbooks every week. I’ll upload a picture of the finished result, talk about the recipe itself and provide a review of the finished product. It may not be a *new* full meal every time, but I will try to do a full meal based on these recipes at least once a week.
